Turkey Cooking Instructions
- Brine up to 24hr wet or dry. 
- Dry the turkey with paper towel and allow to air dry up to 12hr. 
- Prepare in roasting pan with fresh herbs and any other “aromatics” you and your family enjoy. 
- Roast turkey at 350 degrees and rest until internal temperature is 165 degrees. (10-13min/lb. About 2-3hrs) 
- Remove from oven to rest for 20 minutes. 
- Carve and enjoy.
