Turkey Cooking Instructions
Brine up to 24hr wet or dry.
Dry the turkey with paper towel and allow to air dry up to 12hr.
Prepare in roasting pan with fresh herbs and any other “aromatics” you and your family enjoy.
Roast turkey at 350 degrees and rest until internal temperature is 165 degrees. (10-13min/lb. About 2-3hrs)
Remove from oven to rest for 20 minutes.
Carve and enjoy.
